RUM & MINT CREAMCHEESE BROWNIES : I’ve happily added Jamaican dark rum to this bake to give it an extra kick (it’s Christmas after all). The addition of mint infused creamcheese gives it a rather fresh and crisp taste that lingers on for only but a moment.
