A one-off bake for Emma's birthday celebration - Baked to scale of a piano keyboard. This massive cake was meant to be enough for 100 guests at the party. Weighing at almost 10.5kg and measuring 28cm x 68cm, it was baked in 4 sections, then carefully assembled together with dark chocolate praline and covered with fondant icing. Every black piano keys were individually rolled and shaped to scale. This is by far the biggest challenge (and very fun) Stef has undertaken.
