#ProjectPMW - Pam Mandy Wedding: Pam and Mandy wanted a large single layered cake with a wow factor and which would include participation from their guests. After a few discussion, we decided on a 28cm x 68cm butter-free chocolate cake decorated with edible rose petals, white chocolate swirls and dotted with silver pearls. Berries and chocolate curls around the cake draws guests into helping themselves to the cake, thus achieving guests participation.
