#ProjectLFB - The decorations for this Sea Reef themed cake is a step away from my usual style. It wouldn’t be a Guinness Chocolate cake if it hasn’t got lots of creamcheese icing. To overcome this, I decided to leave the top uncovered with fondant but made little waves with the creamcheese icing instead. The side of the cake is covered with a mixture of shells, corals, pebbles, blue waves and starfish…each individually handmade and stuck onto the cake with a tweezer.
