#ProjectEFC - It’s the ultimate baker’s dream to been given the freedom to design a cake. Enchanted Forest was the theme for this birthday party. I’ve never done much sugar crafts so was pretty pleased with this opportunity. Everything you see on this cake is personally handmade by yours sincerely…from the giant mushroom hut to the bees, ladybugs, flowers and pebbles. The roof top of the giant mushroom hut was designed to be removable so as to enable food-safe lights to be placed into it.
